We offer our customers 5 calendar days upon receiving their extensions an Exchange of equal value or Credit for the total dollar amount of the product minus shipping and handling under the following conditions:
  1. The extensions must be returned in the original packaging in a condition deemed fit by Mayv beauty.
  2. Mayv beauty hair reserves the right to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a credit for all products that are returned outside of the above stipulated calendar day policy above.
  3. Mayv beauty hair reserves the right to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a Credit for all products that are returned altered in any way including but not limited to the following:
  • Visibly Worn
  • Cut and/or Trimmed
  • ColoredIt is at the sole discretion to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a Credit in the event that the product is returned with the original ties removed, damaged or altered in any way. The above policy is only applicable to Extensions sold. All wigs are FINAL sale and are not subject to the above policy. No Refunds, Exchanges or Credit(s) will be provided on our units.
