Mayvbeautyhair offer our customers 5 calendar days upon receiving their extensions for Exchange, equal value or Credit for the total dollar amount of the product minus shipping and handling under the following conditions:

(1) The extensions must be returned in the original packaging in a condition deemed fit by Mayv beauty hair
(2) Mayvbeauty reserves the right to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a Credit for all products that are returned outside of the above stipulated calendar day policy above.
(3) Mayvbeauty reserves the right to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a Credit for all products that are returned altered in any way including but not limited to the following:

• Visibly Worn
• Cut and/or Trimmed
• Colored

It is at the sole discretion of Mayvbeauty to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a Credit in the event that the product is returned with the original ties removed, damaged or altered in any way.
